Had a very good and long sleep that was probably part of the reason why
I didn't have much problems with a jetlag. Breakfast around 9:30, as New
Zealand is very English orientated, they got muffins everywhere. Also
the 'cup of thee' is great, instead of just one cup, you get a pot of
hot water from which you can get several cups.
After breakfast we behaved like tourists again. We took the ferry to
Devonport, a small island near Auckland and walked around a bit. On the
boot you have a very nice view on the skyline of Auckland. We went to
the highest point of the island and enjoyed the view. We took a rest
break on the island for an hour or so and then returned to Auckland.

We walked around the city a bit and did some shopping.
Had dinner in the Skytower. The view is fantastic, the restaurant
slowly turns around and you get to see every part of Auckland without
moving from your seat. Sadly the foot was a lot less. Everything not on
the original plate (and there is little on the plate) is extra that you
have to order. Also the quality leaves a lot to desire. Good thing
desert was nice. After dinner we spend some time on the observation deck
(you get free entrance if you have dinner). The view of Auckland by
night was very good, sadly I forgot to take my camera with me (the first
and last time this happened).
